My name is Chip and I was found by a nice police woman in Ellenton. I had been roaming the streets for a while and got a job as "public transportation for fleas". Since coming to Pug Rescue, the fleas are all gone and I've been neutered, so I'm doing great now! I am spunky and adorable, so they think I'm about 1-2 years old. My foster mom thinks I'm gifted since I figured out the doggie door just by watching my foster brothers and sisters. I am 17.5 lbs., housebroken, up to date on all my shots, and cute as a button!
